Sarah is a Cooper House FAN Mentor who has been working with the FAN as a practitioner with the Nurse Family Partnership home visiting program since 2020 and completed the Supervisor FAN training Spring of 2025. Alongside working with Cooper House as a FAN Mentor she continues to serve families in rural East Jefferson and East Clallam Counties as both a nurse and an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant.
