Gina has provided reflective supervision and infant mental health training and consultation to various home visiting programs and communities such as NFP, PAT, Parent-Child+, ECEAP, EHS, HS, tribal home visiting groups, supervisor groups, early intervention providers and mental health professionals. She has been running her own consulting business since 2015, and prior to that worked as a Program Manager — Nurse-Family Partnership through Snohomish Health District and ChildStrive.
